Is Staging Worth the Price In Los Altos and Los Altos Hills?

My Seller clients often ask if staging is necessary, they want to know the return on their staging investment.  Face it, no one wants to spend more than they need to.

The online site “HomeGain.com” states that staging is recommended by 82% of agents and can result in huge increases in the resulting sale price of the home.  Understand, though, that every home is different and the amount of staging needed can differ based on many factors, but most homes can be more effectively presented when professionally staged.  When staging is the standard, as it is in the local area, you are at a distinct disadvantage if
you don’t stage.
